As a little gift to myself on this rainy Christmas Eve, I’m going through the last of my Anguilla photos from our trip earlier this month.
Happy holidays everyone!!

| This one was sort of an accident, with the camera under water, but I love the colors |

I love those photos — the "accidental" one just may be my favorite. I'm not familiar with GoPro. Would love to know if you use it above water, too. I'm in the need of buying a new camera before my trip to Ireland and am weighing my options…
Hi Emily! GoPro is probably not the best "regular use" camera – it's really small, with no display. Mostly designed for things like snowboarders to put on their helmets and other action stuff. We have it in a waterproof case so D can take it underwater for scuba and we can use it snorkeling. Ireland – sounds like an amazing trip!! Can't wait to hear about it.
Thanks for the tip, Jen. I reckon I'll go with a more traditional style digital camera, then. I wish I could afford a nice DSLR for the money I'm prepared to spend, but something will have to give.
